TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE | TPM

This week’s Issue | 19/03/2012 We were playing with a Consortium member this week facilitating an EVSM exercise. At first we were unable to detect and significant downtime on piece of highly automated equipment, however on further analysis we detected that the process was being riddled by micro-stoppages which we were quickly to evaluate that the process’s demonstrated output was actually 50% of the manufacturer’s documented process capability.
