Seek CADENCE within PROCESS

This week’s Issue | 27/09/2020

Experience, Practice and repetition create muscle memory.  This muscle memory then starts to define a cadence within a process.  The cadence developed will either satisfy a pace required to support customer demand or a rhythm that is comfortable to the individual.   Every process does have a cadence in some cases this cadence will become a paradigm which can be broken through outside observation and re-training  … but remember it takes 21 days to change a human behavior … so you will need to constantly monitor and most likely adjust the cadence to conform to the new cadence.  So this week we explore a bit more about cadence in our newsletter … since you most likely have opportunity since nearly everyone has changed a process recently ….
